Update on ANC Elections for 2026

Hi neighbors! Just a quick update about your ANC following our first meeting of the year this past Monday (Jan 12).

The main order of business was getting organized for 2026. Here’s what you need to know:

New Meeting Schedule
We voted on and finalized our regular meeting dates for the year. Moving forward, our public meetings will now be held at 7 pm on Mondays at least once a month (unless otherwise noted). Mark your calendars. I’d love to see you there! Our next meeting will be Monday, January 26. Agenda and location details will be posted on the ANC website one week before the date.

2026 Elected Officers
We also elected our officers for the year. I am pleased to announce the following roster for the year:

• Chair: Laura Phinizy
• Vice Chair: Liz Nagy
• Secretary: Carol Grunewald
• Treasurer: Bruce Sherman

Many thanks to those commissioners who honored me with their vote for Vice-Chair. Please join me in congratulating all of the commissioners who stepped up to serve our community by taking on the added duties of these important offices.
